Fees are payable monthly in advance for a
minimum period of 3 months and with a
minimum notice period of 1 month.
Containers are provided for you empty, clean
and tidy and should be left in the same
condition when you’ve finished.
We insure the containers themselves, but
customers are responsible for insuring the
contents.
Customers may use their own padlocks or, if
required, Lockhurst Self Storage can provide
heavy duty padlocks with a returnable deposit
when the locks are returned.
Should rental fees remain unpaid for 1 month or more without prior agreement we reserve the
right to clear the container and dispose of the contents. Any monies realised in the disposal will
be used to settle the unpaid fees.
